We will assign the most suitable sales personnel to conduct relevant business negotiations with customers from different countries or regions. Based on customer needs, we will provide catalogs, aluminum profile samples, and color samples to confirm the required processed products. Custom colors can be completed within 3 to 5 days after receiving the customer's color sample. Online chat allows customers to contact us to help resolve any questions regarding relevant technical aspects. After receiving drawings or templates, the relevant technical department will assess production feasibility and estimate mold costs. Furthermore, we can propose the optimal solution based on the actual situation, thereby minimizing customer costs. We have a professional drawing design team, so specially designed mold drawings can be accurately delivered to customers within 1 to 2 days. Once the customer confirms the relevant terms and quotation, our sales personnel will prepare to sign a commercial contract with the customer.

For each specially designed mold, we will make a 300mm aluminum profile as a sample for the customer's dimensional and assembly issues. After receiving feedback on dimensional differences, we can slightly adjust the specifications to form a new mold. With double-confirmed molds, we can mass-produce aluminum profiles.

We will point out precautions regarding transportation, storage, use, and maintenance. We welcome user feedback. Furthermore, our customer service department conducts customer satisfaction surveys via phone or questionnaires. Prompt responses demonstrate our high level of attention to after-sales issues.
